Rafi Hussaini works for a non-profit organization as part of his full-time job, but has a burning passion for fitness and is an avid fitness enthusiast. He has had a significant fitness journey through which he learned a lot and now wants to share with everyone about what helped him achieve his goals and how everyone can apply some aspect of it in their day-to-day life and get better when it comes to Health and Fitness.

Two3Two5 Fitness was born out of the desire that everyone should be able to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. It’s not as difficult as people think for it to be and it definitely is not impossible. Having 6 pack abs all year around is a very had task, but if that’s your goal, it is possible. Working out like an MMA fighter or a soccer player is on your fitness goals? Wee is a current MSc Sport Nutrition student at Liverpool John Moore University. He earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Birmingham City University in 2020. He is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS).

Faris Khan is an in-demand expert, and highly skilled strength and conditioning coach who has helped increase not only the fitness levels of thousands of his clients, but he has also help boost their level of performance skills. A life-long athlete himself, Faris knows first-hand what it takes to improve fitness and skill levels. He coaches people of all ages from teenagers to seniors. He is also a firm believer and practitioner of athletic harmony between body and mind, which includes diet and emotional peace.
